Mission Statement

To serve the University of Washington Bothell by providing coverage of events and news, via determined and ethical reporting that builds positive relationships with the community.
To provide an online forum where members of the University of Washington Bothell community can exchange ideas in order to strengthen communication lines and sense of belonging for individuals.
To encourage professors to introduce new media and technologies into the classroom by participating with The Husky Herald, in an effort to promote quality media education.
To follow the Society of Professional Journalists Code of Ethics: “Seek the truth and report it, minimize harm, act independently and be accountable.”
